Browick Road Primary

Emergency Message

Wymondham’s local schools are working together to provide emergency childcare over the Easter holidays for the children of approved key workers who are involved in the front-line response to the Covid 19 crisis.

Places have been arranged for eligible Browick Road children at Robert Kett Primary School’s ‘Extra Time’ club. If, during the holiday, you need to contact the childcare service (ie shift changes for emergency workers or redeployment that means you now need urgent access) please call the Robert Kett Primary School office on 01953 603405 or email head@browickroad.norfolk.sch.uk.

Litter Pick

On Friday all the children from Year 6 donned their high vis jackets, grabbed a rubbish bag and a litter grabber and went for a walk down Browick Road and the local area to collect litter and rubbish. South Norfolk Council provided all the necessary equipment and several members of the public thanked the children for their efforts. We collected quite a few bags of rubbish and it is hoped that lots of the other classes will have the chance to do their own litter pick.

Six children (Aaliyah, Harry, Samuel, Scarlett, Farrell and Imogen) qualified to represent the Wymondham Cluster on 25th February. Which went very well; the cluster came 3rd out of 6.
