You will be able to leave your name and number with the office staff and a member of the Nursery team will call you back.
You will need to apply for a place using the Norfolk County Council School Admissions service during your child’s pre-school year. You will receive information about this at the appropriate time.
We admit children at two different stages:
Playgroup – Children may join our afternoon ‘Playgroup’ sessions from the September following their second birthday, i.e. the school year in which they will turn three.
Playgroup children may attend from two to five afternoon sessions each week. These run from 12.00pm – 3.00pm each day, with an emphasis on fun, learning through play, and personal, social and emotional development. Please note that we are unable to offer thirty hours to this age group, as they attend in the afternoons only.
Nursery class (Rising 4s) – Children join our Nursery class from the September following their third birthday, i.e. the school year in which they will turn four.
Nursery class children attend for a minimum of two morning sessions per week, and may attend mornings only or full days, up to thirty hours. Please note it is not possible for this age group to take afternoon sessions, unless they are in for the full day.
Morning sessions run from 8:50am – 12.00pm and full day sessions from 8:50am – 3.00pm.
Once children turn four, they are able to use Kaleidoscope, who run a breakfast club and after school care. Please see their section on the website for further information.
Morning sessions are designed to help children to thrive in every area of learning and development, in an environment that is centred around play and investigation, whilst learning early phonics and number skills in readiness for school.
